· Knowledge and experience with eCommerce systems (particularly Magento)
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in any of the eCommerce Platform, Preferred Magento expertise.
· Knowledge of B2B, B2C, C2C business practices
· Knowledge and experience of integration between eCommerce, ERP, PIM Order Management, Warehouse, Financial, and POS systems.
· Knowledge of Multi-Vendor Marketplace and third party Marketplace integration
· Experience in launching and/or supporting an eCommerce platform.
· Excellent planning and communication skills
· Ability to understand different business verticals.
· Analyse all aspects of clients' business operations to map their processes to Magento solutions
· Ability to draft customer scope in proposal with required features and commercial
· Ability to Prepare wireframe and workflow diagram
· Ability to showcase demo and gather customer requirement
· Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.
· Experience working with Senior Decision Makers
· Train customers on how to use Magento efficiently through an individual session.
· Collaborate with the clients' implementation managers on User Acceptance Testing and End User Training.
