VP, Sales & Marketing experience in Real Estate Development
The & VP, Sales Marketing is a pivotal and hands-on leadership position, responsible for driving and executing a robust sale and marketing strategy.
This role will be responsible for creating and communicating clear objectives for the sales and marketing division and team members while working with the company’s executives to develop actionable business plans and goals.
Responsibilities are not limited to:
Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
Building brand awareness and positioning.
Communicating each the marketing campaign from start to finish.
Handling social media, public relation effort, and content marketing.
Scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans
Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
Collecting information from competitors regarding prices, payment methods, real estate market growth and conducting SWOT analysis for sales efforts and improvements
Working closely with PMO to plan projects readiness & handover
Develop and implement comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
Seeking for new strategies to push sales of white lands, houses, shops and villas
Raising up to management team about setting up prices, payment methods and other conditions for customers
Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
Proactively drive Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Sales & Customer Service Management
Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on- investment and profit-loss projections.
Preparing daily, monthly and annual Sales Reports and set action plans and strategies to be implemented for following year
Formulate an overall marketing strategy in order to increase the business and maximize revenues.
Responsible for the overall brand building, brand campaign by ensuring effective and comprehensive advertising and public relations plan.
Develop a desired market positioning and drive all branding/ promotional activities around it.
Formulate the marketing calendar for the year in terms of the marketing initiatives, branding and promotional activities and ensure effective implementation of the calendar.
Conduct periodic benchmarking with competition to identify and adopt industry best practices and innovative processes from overall customer experience perspective.
Creates and implements standardized processes, tools, and reporting metrics to assess and optimize team performance.
Brand development, web site traffic growth, SEO Marketing. Develop brand strategy and statistics systems. Participation in Exhibitions, Public and Digital Media, Corporate Marketing etc
Forged strong connections with real estate agents and brokers
Have an excellent ability to read, analyze and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in Arabic & English Language.
